Historical photographs of Canada’s Urban Growth, c. 1850 to 1900. The exhibit includes panoramic views, street scenes, and close-ups in order to allow for comparison. They also function to reveal the illustrative function of photographs.

The cities included were Ottawa, Vitoria, Winnipeg, Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax, and Toronto.
