Maltwood Art Museum and Gallery
This exhibition is organized by the Public Archives of Canada and provides an overview of Canada’s history from 1700 to 1760. One hundred and eleven reproductions of maps, engravings, paintings, seals, medals, manuscripts and printed material from the archives of twenty-nine Canadian, American and European institutions are used to illustrate the seven themes studied. Each item on display is accompanied by a description, consisting of a brief title, the background and the source.
